Buyers or Purchasers in the Marketplace only need register for a Marketplace account, and their good business standing will be verified when they make their first purchase. Buyer access the Marketplace Free.

Vendors:  Brand new entities ready to pursue ownership in the hemp/CBD industry, start-up companies, and existing companies.  So, even an individual or group who is not yet an actual business in the industry is also eligible…we shall help you start your business project!

All Products Must Comply with U.S. Federal Regulations and Mandates set forth in the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, which includes 
ensuring all products contain less than 0.3% THC

We keep things simple.  There are three fees related to Marketplace Membership & Participation: 

1)  Set-Up Fee:  We deploy someone on our staff to load your product/service offerings into a Marketplace, usually with a vendor page, that includes up to 15-20 product or service offerings
2)  Quarterly or Annual ‘Vendorship’ Membership Fee: we pour this back into marketing efforts
3)  A sales commission for each completed sale and/or referral that results in a sale.

**Depending on the method of payment used to purchase products and services in the Marketplace, they may be subject to a fee to cover payment processing costs assessed by the credit card networks.

 

Although this is a Hemp & CBD Cooperative Marketplace, Emerald is being structured to install cannabis offerings on a state-by-state basis, taking particular and critical care to remain compliant in all representations, marketing and promotion of cannabis products; in any case as cannabis products are included in this Marketplace, there will be no direct sales of cannabis to take place on the Marketplace;

     so, (for example) you will most likely see a ‘California Retailer’s Row’ dedicated to cannabis products with featured cannabis distributors, who in turn offer a full product line or several product lines of cannabis products, as our state mandates that wholesale cannabis products be sold to retailers via a licensed distributor)    There are also varying legal and regulatory    

Not at all.  Vendors can end their participation at anytime; the access period will end on the last day of the quarterly or annual fee period.
